We do accept refund or replacement  if you are not satisfied with the dress.Please contact us in 3 days after you receive your dress.Please return the unworn item within 15 days of the item(s) shipping date(by a trackable shipping method) and we will gladly replace or refund it exclusive of delivery charges.For refund we will deduct 12% of the dress price(exclusive of delivery charges) as administration fee.If you need to replace the dress we will charge you postage to resend the dress.
